Shipping policy
We send orders by GLS courier within Italy and to 26 countries of the European Union. You can also collect your order free of charge from our shop in Trevi.
When your order is dispatched
Before dispatch, we check in our shop that all the items are available: your payment is charged only at that point, and if any item is unavailable, we cancel the order and you pay nothing. Your order is normally dispatched within 2 working days. When it is dispatched, we email you the GLS tracking number so that you can follow your parcel.
Delivery times, from the day of dispatch
- Italy: 1-2 working days; Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria: 2-3 working days.
- Europe: 2 to 4 working days, depending on the country; Greece, Finland, Malta and Cyprus: 4 or more.
Delivery charges in Italy
Delivery is free on orders of €149 or more. Below €149, the charge depends on the chargeable weight of the order:

The chargeable weight also takes into account the volume of the parcel, as the courier does: for example, a cushion counts as about 9 kg, a vacuum-packed quilt as about 9 kg and one metre of fabric as about 1 kg. The exact charge for your order is shown at checkout, before payment.
For the minor Italian islands and the Venetian Lagoon, the courier applies a surcharge: before dispatch we will contact you to agree the surcharge with you.

In Europe, there is always a delivery charge.

Where we do not deliver
- Countries outside the European Union, including Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway.
- Corsica, the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the Azores and Madeira.
- Livigno and Campione d'Italia.
If we receive an order for delivery to one of these areas, we will contact you and, if no solution can be found, we will cancel it without charging you anything.
Collection in store
You can choose free collection from our shop at Piazza della Concordia 9, Trevi (PG). We will let you know by email when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours; please bring the confirmation email with you. Some bulky or fragile items, such as side tables and vases, are available for collection in store only.
Delivery of your parcel
GLS delivers to the address given in your order. If you are not in, GLS leaves a notice with instructions for redelivery or for collection. On receipt, check that the parcel is intact; if it is damaged, accept it subject to a written reservation and write to us immediately.
