A pure virgin wool jacket fabric in brown herringbone, sold by the metre. The pattern is herringbone: thin diagonal lines that change direction with each band and run parallel to the selvedge. The weave alternates chocolate brown and tobacco-coloured threads, so that up close the fabric is two-tone, while from a distance it looks a warm, rich brown.
It is soft and drapes beautifully: designed for men's and women's jackets and blazers, it also works well for tailored suits and waistcoats.
